Employer Accreditation
Checklist Requirements of POEA
- Special Power Of Attorney (see attached sample) issued by the Principal duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Philippine Consulate at the place of work
- Manpower Request or Job Order (see attached sample) issued by the Principal, duly verified by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate at the place of employment
- Recruitment Agreement (see attached sample) between the Principal and the Philippine Agency
- Copy of the Model Employment Contract (see attached sample) between the Employer and the Employee, duly verified by the Philippine Embassy /Consulate. Important provisions required by POEA:
- Position
- Salary
- Number of regular working hours/day or per week
- Overtime Pay in excess of regular working hours and on Holidays
- Vacation/Sick Leave Benefits
- Housing Provision (Free housing or with Housing Allowance)
- Period of Contract
- Transportation – from Manila to jobsite and back to Manila at end of contract
- Health insurance, etc.
- Others in conformance with laws of host country
- Copy of the Principal’s Business License or Commercial Registration with English translation, duly verified by the Ministry of Trade & Commerce at the
Place of work and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy.
- Joint Affidavit of Undertaking (see attached sample) It enumerates assumed responsibility of both EMPLOYER and Philippine Agent
